Submission Terms

What you confirm
You confirm that you created or own the submitted photos and videos, are at least 18 years old, and have permission from every identifiable person shown. Please do not submit content featuring minors.
Organic sharing permission
By selecting the required organic-use permission, you allow UPSCALE to reproduce, crop, resize, lightly edit, caption, and publish the submitted content on its website and organic social-media channels. Submission does not guarantee publication.
Paid advertising
Paid-advertising permission is separate and optional. UPSCALE will not use your content in paid advertising unless you select that checkbox.
Music and third-party material
Do not submit videos containing music, artwork, logos, or other material you do not have permission to share. UPSCALE may remove or replace audio before publishing.
Privacy and withdrawal
Your contact details and original files are kept private for review. You may request that unpublished content be deleted or ask UPSCALE to stop future use of published content by contacting the business. Removal from every past repost or printed item may not always be possible.
